History:

Beginnings of our activity reach the year 1996 , when we started to operate with gaining immovable and makes them use in economic way for own account. Over time, we have extended our activity for the research of investment-grounds for investors and the service of the investment-process.

From August 2005 we possess our own professional architectural studio which designs projects according to indications of investors and own author’s projects.

With the day of January 1, 2006 Z.R.B. „GOLI GLASS” existing from the year 1993, consequently having long experience in the construction field was incorporated into the GC Investment Sp. z o. o.

After the incorporation we have at our disposal a potential that allows us individually and professionally serve the investment-process or its facultative stage depending on Investor’s needs.

What makes us distinguishable:

1.    14 years of experiences - since the year 1996 we work with commercial real estate,

2.     comprehensive preparation and realization of the project,

3.     several dozen of realized investment projects,

4.    6 supporting departments: The realization of the Investment, Development, Organizational-Legal, the Marketing, the Architectural Studio , Finance,

5.     34 investment projects under the construction.
